It is difficult to believe that the end of the year is right around the corner. With two weeks remaining, the fourth-graders will continue to be strong with their studies, and hopefully, have some fun along the way.  In religion class, students have done a wonderful job understanding the Beatitudes, the sacrifices of St. Francis of Assisi, and how we are grateful to depend on God. I am so proud of the students’ biography projects, and their bio bottles are proudly on display in the library. In language arts, students have just begun a narrative writing assignment. In math, the class has been studying measurement, and we will finish the year studying geometry. In science, students will explore electrical energy, and I hope to introduce them to the rock cycle as well. Additionally, the students will be able to demonstrate their knowledge and creativity by completing an area and perimeter project that will also incorporate motion science. It has been an amazing year, and I greatly appreciate this hard-working and kind group of students.
